2003 Special Olympics World Summer Games Ltd.

 

The success of the 2003 Special Olympics World Summer Games continues to inspire and motivate Special Olympics athletes in Ireland and around the world and has encouraged many other people with a learning disability to get involved in the programme.

 

And as thousands of volunteers are currently re-registering to volunteer with the National Programme, Special Olympics Ireland, the work of the 2003 Games Organising Committee (GOC) has come to an end.  A heartfelt thank you is extended to everyone who supported the GOC over the last few years.
